Welcome to the Belize Play It Forward website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to donations and use of the website.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Belize Play It Forward reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization
As a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations made to Belize Play It Forward are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Upon receipt of your donation, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your tax receipt.

Donations
By making a donation to Belize Play It Forward, you understand that your contribution will be used to support the organization’s mission, including funding quality sports facilities, training programs, and the development of safe school grounds and multi- sports complexes in Belize.

Refund Policy
At Belize Play It Forward, we appreciate your generosity and support in helping us empower Belizean youth through sports. However, due to the nature of our nonprofit activities and the immediate impact your donations have on our programs, we have established the following refund policy:
 

No Refunds: All donations made to Belize Play It Forward are final. Given that contributions are directed towards funding essential sports facilities, training programs, and other initiatives, we do not offer refunds for any donations.
No Fees: Should a refund request be made, please note that we will not incur any fees associated with processing these requests, as all donations are considered final in accordance with our policy.
OR: In exceptional circumstances, where a refund is granted, please note that any transaction fees, processing fees, or other costs associated with the refund will be deducted from the amount returned. Belize Play It Forward will not cover any fees related to refunds.

We encourage donors to consider the positive impact their contributions make in the lives of Belizean youth. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy or how your donation is utilized, please feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Use of Funds
All donations are used at the discretion of Belize Play It Forward to further our charitable mission. This may include, but is not limited to, funding sports programs, developing sports facilities, and supporting the Belizean youth in their athletic and personal growth.
